¼ cup Braggs
1 tablespoon toasted (or roasted) sesame oil
4 cloves garlic
1 ½ tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4-6 oz. each
Combine all ingredients in a medium plastic container with a lid or in resealable plastic bag and marinate in refrigerator at least six hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade and place breasts in a baking dish. Pour marinade over breasts. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside or a meat thermometer inserted in the center of breasts reads 170 degrees F. Serve with remaining cooked marinade from dish. If entertaining, serve it family-style.
