Tis' the season for delicious treats! We all know the holidays make it harder to say no to cravings--it’s hard not to nibble on every cookie you see or sip every cocktail you're offered. But if you can maintain the same attitude about healthy eating in December that you have throughout the year, then you can make it through the season without gaining too much weight or undoing progress you've made. It’s all about balance.

The moral of the story is this: keep a balanced approach to feel good about your ability to prioritize health and wellness into January and beyond. And remember that you can always start fresh with a positive attitude to get back to where you were and how you felt before the holiday.
