It's National Nutrition Month, which means it's time say goodbye to the Winter and reboot your immune system to get ready for Spring! National Nutrition Month is all about educating yourself a little bit more on what value healthy food can bring to your body. Often times making healthy lifestyle choices may feel overwhelming with so much information available to sort through. As a nutritionist and President of Meals That Transform, I believe in making basic nutrition knowledge available to everyone, starting with information about the foods we see everyday at our food markets, with tips about how you can get more value out of your shopping trip for a healthier body.
