Earlier this month, Angela hooked up with the legendary CBS Chef Bryan Woolley, who has one of the longest running network TV affiliate cooking shows in the industry, to cook Fettucine Alfredo 2 ways at the KUTV2 studio kitchen.
Angela and Chef Bryan worked side to create a standard Fettucine and a Meals That Transform alternative for gluten-free eaters. Angela showed Utah viewers how easy it is to substitute standard cooking ingredients with their organic counterparts, such as; brown rice noodles and an olive oil and cashew cream sauce as another option replacing flour based noodles and sauce.
