Being a professional athlete is extremely taxing on both time and energy not to mention the absolute hard core dedication that it takes to maintain the rigorous diet, that one must be on 24-7 to fully maximize the body's muscles for the power needed to propel the body through practice. Professional athletes are unique in the amount of specific foods and caloric intake needed for each individual body.
