Three weeks into the new year, you may find that the magic of motivation has worn off. It's easy to fall back into old habits and to let the big goals you had on January 1 fall aside. Not to worry -- it's never too late, or too early, to jump back on track or to get started at square one.
We encourage you to make one small change each week if you feel overwhelmed by your commitment to your healthy routine: drink one more glass of water, go for a short walk after dinner (bundle up!), or choose a healthy snack over the cookies your coworker brings to share.
