RUNNING TRANSFORMATION is a clinic-based program to prepare you mentally and physically for spring running. The program is open to anyone who is interested in training with a like-minded community, developing their mental game around running-specific goals, and receiving nutrition support in the form of fresh, organic meals and snacks delivered to your door. We will complete a workout at every session.

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
-Twelve 90-minute clinic/workout sessions -- 2 per week for six weeks. Workouts will vary in type and terrain.
-Mini clinics with take-home information on topics such as hydration, goal setting, rest and recovery, and nutrition, to name a few
-Weekly motivational emails from your coach and nutritionist
-Suggested workouts to complete on your own for the duration of the program based on your goals. If you are already on a training plan, we will support you!
-A post-TRANSFORMATION maintenance running plan
-Heart rate analysis with two aerobic tests to track your progress
-Six weeks of fresh, organic meals, snacks, and protein shakes delivered to your door
-A MEALS THAT TRANSFORM travel cooler and ice pack for life on the go!
-Check-ins with your coach and your nutritionist for the duration of the program
WHAT ARE YOU COMMITTING TO?
1. Time CommitmentYour RUNNING TRANSFORMATION includes two 90-minute clinics per week for six weeks. These group training sessions will be based at Olympus High School's track in Holladay but will occasionally be held at other locations around Salt Lake City depending upon the goal of the workout.

2. Attendance CommitmentTeam TRANSFORM plans everything we do around your success. Time is valuable, so please honor the commitment you make to us and to your fellow runners by showing up to every session on time and ready to work out with the proper attire and a good attitude.
3. Speaking of Gear...
Please bring to every session:
-Heart rate monitor, Fitbit or whatever techy gadget will allow you to track your heart rate during workouts-Running-specific shoes-Running clothes -- lightweight, breathable layers, including a rain layer and hat or headband-Full water bottle-Yoga mat-Towel
If you have questions about or need recommendations for shoes or gear, please ask.
4. Be #weatherproofRUNNING TRANSFORMATION happens rain or shine. We are #weatherproof, and a little bit of rain or cold never hurt anyone! Your tribe knows that you’re going to show up for them no matter the weather, so we ask you to do the same. In fact, we think rainy runs are fun -- and better when done together.
5. TRANSFORM Your Eating Habits
This is the best part! No meal prep, no calorie counting, and no worrying about what’s for dinner. Everything is provided in your RUNNING TRANSFORMATION. You will receive one fresh, organic meal, two snacks, and two protein shakes per day delivered to your door. Your program includes regular check-ins with your nutritionist to ensure you are properly fueled and on the path to your running goals. Other customized meal plans are available for an extra charge.
