TERMS OF SERVICE
* We work off of a cooler exchange program. We provide the cooler for you to put out the night before your delivery.
* Delivery of meals are between 4-7:30 AM Tuesdays and Fridays of each week
* Pick up of meals is available at our kitchen location 4689 South Holladay Boulevard between the hours of 4 – 5p on Mondays and Thursdays. Picks ups are NOT available before or after these times, if alternate arrangements need to be made please contact us via phone, 24 HOURS before the pickup day and time.
* MEALS THAT TRANSFORM is not responsible for food that spoils/freeze if left out for long periods of time.
* MEALS THAT TRANSFORM is not responsible for meals or retail that is stolen. If possible, we suggest a secure, hidden location to place your meals.
* MEALS THAT TRANSFORM has a firm 7-day advance cancellation/change policy. We plan menus 7 days in advance and order to secure the best product available.
* All purchases are non-refundable.
* While purchases are non-refundable we do offer the flexibility of putting your delivery on hold and resuming at your discretion. Please call/text 801.733.9638 or email email@example.com with full name/address and dates you want to hold service.
* You may pause your service and resume at your discretion, however a firm 7-day advance notice is required to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
* Most menu items have a 7-day shelf life, we do however provide you with a menu of when to consume your meals for peak freshness.
