WEEK 5: HYDRATION AND PAMPERING
Now that you’ve increased your body movement, make sure you’re aware of your hydration. You should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water.
- Keep water at your desk at all times, and take a plastic bottle with you to work. Keep it full.
- Drink green or herbal teas at least one or two a day and keep the sugar low.
- Try Agave as a sweetener, It’s magnificent.
