WEEK 1: BE MINDFUL

 

What do you say to yourself when you make a goal? Are you a cheerleader or the negative nelly? What do you feed your body and your mind?

Affirmations are one of the most powerful tools that most people don’t even utilize on a daily basis. So repeat these words, quietly to yourself, every day for one week. Also, put them on post-it’s around the house.

“I am fabulous, I am powerful and I will achieve my goals!”

Self-talk has to be positive and inspiring. It has to lift you up not bring you down. Work on this for 1 week before moving on to the next step. Rid yourself of self-limiting behaviors.
